Assess what applies to you, and nothing else

A few facts about your organisation narrow the Act down to what applies to you, with a reason for everything left out. Your teams answer and attach documents, and the gaps become clear findings. The result is a report you can give to your board.

What it does

Assessments in practice

Only what applies, with reasons

Every duty that is left out says why. Marking something 'not applicable' needs a reason too.

Two answers, kept separate

A score shows how far along you are. A separate pass or fail tells you if a critical gap is still open. Combining them would hide one behind the other.

Documents filed by requirement

Policies and contracts are filed against what they must say, not by file name. Each upload is sealed, so you can show it hasn't changed.

A report for your board

Gaps are written up as findings, using the wording of the requirement. A finished assessment can't be edited afterwards.

Also included

The details that matter

  • References to the Act, showing whether each has been checked against the official text.
  • Sector packs for banking and finance, healthcare, education and retail.
  • A calendar of tasks that repeat, and why.

Questions

About Assessments

All questions
Is this a questionnaire?

It starts like one. But where something can be tested on your systems, Live Testing does that, and a test result counts for more than an answer.

Can we compare our score with other companies?

No, on purpose. We never look across customers. Your results are yours alone.
