A front door for the people whose data you hold

A portal with your branding. Your customers sign in with a one-time code, see what they agreed to, withdraw it, and ask to see, correct or delete their data. Their requests come to your team with the deadline shown.

What it does

Privacy Centre in practice

See and withdraw consent

Consents are listed by product or purpose, each with one-step withdrawal and a receipt to download. This includes consent given for a child or someone in their care.

s.6(4) to (6): withdrawal and its effect

Raise a request

See their data, correct it, delete it, make a complaint, or name someone to act for them. Each request shows its progress and when a reply is due.

s.11 to s.14: rights of the Data Principal

In their own language

English and all 22 languages in the Eighth Schedule, including right-to-left scripts. Receipts print in the chosen language.

s.5(3): notice in English or a Schedule language

A request queue for your team

Requests arrive with the person's identity checked, who else holds their data, and the days left to reply. Your replies go back through the portal.

The details that matter

  • If someone is a customer of two of our clients, the two records are never linked.
  • Your logo and colours, on your own web address.
